Anker Life A1 Headphone Review 2022

Anker Life A1 Headphone Review 2022

In my Anker Life A1 review, I’ll go over everything you need to know about these budget-friendly workout earphones. Check it out to determine if it’s worth your money.

Soundcore by Anker has a reputation for creating high-performance, high-quality earbuds and headsets at a reasonable price point. The Anker Life A1 Bluetooth earphones are waterproof and have excellent stereo sound quality and bass.

Three personalised modes are included with the Anker Life A1. In other words, the earbuds have three different modes that can improve your music, podcast, or audiobook listening experience while also allowing you to enjoy Bass Booster modes at parties.

Anker Life A1 Headphone Performance

When it comes to the sound quality of my headphones, I’m pretty picky. In terms of sound quality, I’m not disappointed. The Anker Life A1 earphones are the best-sounding budget earbuds. It has three different sound settings to choose from.

The first sound, Signature, is well-balanced and suitable for any kind of music.

The second item is the Bass Booster, which is ideal for bass fans. This mode produces a deep and powerful bass.

Last but not least, Podcast focused on the mids and improved the mids for podcasts and audiobooks.

The sound effects are clear. The soundstage is moderate, and the distance between each instrument is not clearly discernible. If you prefer acoustic music, choose Signature Sound option since the vocals are clear and not muffled. I believe it creates a relaxing atmosphere. When you select Bass Booster as the sound setting, the bass is amazing, with the sound of a strong drum and not too much.

Anker SoundCore Life A1’s sound quality, on the other hand, is not audiophile. However, it is adequate and superior than other low-cost wireless earbuds.

The earbuds have a shape that is comparable to Anker Soundcore’s Spirit Dot 2 and Life Dot 2, are relatively large, and have sport wings that come in three sizes. You can select the best-fitting option for your ears and ensure that it does not fall out while running or doing other activities that require movement.

The Anker Life A1 earphones, on the other hand, are not the most pleasant. If you wear ear wings for a long time, you may experience some pressure. The white LED light flashes while wearing the Life A1 for listening to music in the dark, such as in the bedroom at night, irritates me. That’s pointless and inconvenient.

The Life A1’s inability to revisit a prior song is both surprising and disappointing. I recently discovered for the first time that the earphone was built to simply play forward, with no way to go back to the previous song.

The Life A1 is IPX7 waterproof, so you may listen to music while showering. It also has the ability to tolerate rain.

Anker Life A1 Headphone Value

The Soundcore Life A1 from Anker comes with a fairly conventional set of features. More pricey buds don’t come with features like active noise cancellation or ambient sound mode. Even among the best true wireless earbuds under $50, though, this is a rarity.

Instead, you’ll get dependable controls that aren’t difficult to operate. Unfortunately, you can’t change the on-ear control layout to your desire, and mastering them takes some time. They do, however, allow you to adjust playback and activate voice assistants.

Pros
  • Bluetooth 5.0
  • IPX7 waterproof rating (downpour, shower, and sweat resistance)
  • Long playtime: 8-hours on a single charge earbuds and up to 35-hours with charging case
  • Supports wireless charging
  • Secure fit with five selectable ear tips and three of differents size of ear wings
  • Great Sound! Good price!
Cons
  • The call quality should better

Final Thoughts

During workout, the Anker Life A1 provides energising sound. Deep bass, smooth mids, and sharp highs are all there in these truly wireless earbuds. Soundcore Signature, Bass Booster, and Podcast are among the three EQ options available.

Battery life is up to 35 hours, and rapid charging through USB-C and wireless charging are both supported. You can workout with them because they are waterproof to IPX7 standards.
